How often do I have to come in?
Usually every 4 weeks for 30-minute appointments. The first appointment to put the braces on your teeth will be the longest and is scheduled for 2 hours.

Do I have to wear a retainer?
Yes, as with any orthodontic procedure a retainer is necessary.
